 Mobile opt-in and consent information — including SMS consent, phone numbers collected for messaging purposes, and any related opt-in data — are never shared with any third party, for any purpose, under any circumstances. 

Any data sharing described elsewhere in this policy explicitly excludes mobile opt-in data and SMS consent information.

Your information is stored securely within MyCase, a professional legal practice management platform with industry-standard security protocols. We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 Our website may use basic cookies or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with our site.   8. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
